Description
The Philharmonic is a Cardiff instituion, always attracting the late night revellers, and always producing the loud sing-along tunes that the public demand. Downstairs, the presence of banging dance music will invite any clubber to enjoy the pumping rhythms that permeate the air.
However during the day-time, a more relaxing ambience is attained through an extensive menu for food lovers, with time to chill out in their lunch hour, or shoppers to take a break from shopping.
